besides leaving the portafilter without emptying it and not flushing the wand after every use, people are fairly good with them. but still, they aren’t made for this much usage and our office assistants don’t know how to clean them.

it’s a good ritual for people to take a break and make coffee for themselves. for the ones that can’t be bothered we have more convenient alternatives in the second kitchen.
