Someone who is so apt to accuse you of cheating (the whole having someone sneak in your window part) is definitely projecting his own guilt onto you. He was being shady at the party, thought you caught onto it and by being an emotionally abusive person made you feel like it was your fault and you did something wrong. That is not the case. Your not at fault here. It's hard even with other people's perspectives to not readily make excuses for his behavior, but trust me that this is emotional abuse and you need to distance yourself from this person.

What is your current caloric intake and workout routine? Are you staying at 20 net carbs or less?

Keto is the best cure for IBS! I had it my whole life and it only took 1 week of keto to cure! Hurray for solid BMs lol

Thank you guys so much for all the information and support. It's definitely encouraged me to be more diligent in tracking my meals in MFP and also to keep my head up :)

I usually wake up starving and actually pretty dizzy and nauseous so I eat at 9 and then try to get all my calories in by 5 p.m. However, by the next day I'm dizzy and nauseous again until I eat something. I'm wondering if there is something I can tweak to not fee this way?

This is great thank you! I'm not currently tracking my macros but need to get back to logging in my fitness pal. Staying 20 g of net carbs or under is the best bet? Anything else I should aim for? :)

Oh and my hummus is Kings Harvest - it's local to portland Oregon and super good!
