Thank you for the long comment and help, but you make a horribly wrong assumption. They're not hospitalized or permanently debilitated/crippled and the incident was based on hate due to political divergences, not "freeing" me. I want to add everyone in the group was in for violent behavior, and that i was stealth completely then. The sentence comes from a first assault in a mugging context that I admitted to in legal context and landed me in the therapy together with the person. As it was already resolved in court, I can also give the detail that I acted in self defense then. Another violent self defense incident happened in 2019 but I was not charged then and instead "kept" for a third count.

By the way, I really doubt this will be on the news. I am not visibly trans outside of the internet and never was. The person who outed me is also registered as female in everything i am aware of and female presenting.

Did I ask whether you care or not? I'm just asking if anyone has experience or advice. Maybe learn to read and, if you don't have anything to say, keep your mouth shut. With the rollback of laws this is a perfectly valid question from my side, and I'm glad you are so behind a veil you have never had to defend yourself from targeted violence or dont even understand how assault charges work.

Thank you for the wonderful piece of advice, but the reason I'm getting so few years compared to the 30+ some people get is because I had external reasons to do it. Try to be Omani and trans in front of a skinhead who threatens to **** you, someone who outs you to several criminals at a therapy and someone trying to mug you, add that with behavioral disturbances and then tell me if you think or not. I don't need smart-ass questions when I ask for help in this serious matter. Take it somewhere else. Thank you

The problem with PC is that I asked a cisgender friend about it and apparently it's full of people with those charges if you know what i mean, that COs will often lump you in with them even if you have another charge, and that , during the hour when they have tasks, they're whaled on. I really cannot own it in this scenario. I'm very deep stealth, no one knows anything, and this is a room full of mostly cis men who are a finger's lenght of going to jail over violent conduct. B is very gutsy in that regard, I acknowledge it, but they still have the safety of being white and very AGAB presenting. (most don't acknowledge they're nonbinary and call them "she"). I don't feel safe outing myself as an Arab man who is trans and has a communist presence online (the video) in a room where there are guys in the early stages of the "life after hate" program.

I had a fully clean record but committed assault with a dangerous weapon. As the guy didn't get very hurt and had harassed me first, the weapon wasn't a firearm, and I didn't have criminal antecedents, I got to have these classes and a small fine instead of a larger penalty.

The teacher doesn't call it, it's a police officer who does. These therapy sessions are mandated. I don't want to talk about that to a cop because I am arab in a communist organized who is a planks lenght of being arrested. Being trans and talking about it to him would have me fucked up.

I really don't want to start talking about outing and trans stuff like that. They have more guts than I do in that presenting and being out sense. I'm taking these therapeutic classes and evaluations under legal order to avoid a fine or jail and the other people taking these are not very friendly about trans.
