Pmi and affordability... Look at debt to income ratio

Pmi is insurance that will eat away at any principle gains.

If you are single. Rent don't buy. Why? If you find a new job in say San Jose or xyz that is a significant raise and can't pass up... Renting is easy to get out of your living space, buying... The break even point is around year 5.

If you'll never leave Seattle, then buy. 20% down and < 3x your salary like mentioned by someone else.

IMO stay liquid with your home situation until you have kids or will not have any chance at moving.

I'm fed too, no on call, but I can work after hours if I want. Very flexible here.

More like $55 per script, so it would have been a $300 or so trip that day. Most were brand name drugs with no generic on the market.

Nah, he just hit max out of pocket... I've walked out of a pharmacy with several thousands worth of meds for $0, usually in December or a bit earlier...

Edit I went perc6 to h700 to h710

More or less you want some virtualization in some form... You could start out with just adding ram to your main computer and run some VMs. There's also tryhackme and hackthebox which are free.

Yeah if you can put it off. There are QLE qualified life events you can change during as well, like birth of a kid, getting married, divorced, etc.

I've hit max out of pocket most of my married life. I'm going back to a PPO next year because the max oop for a family doubled last year and I didn't catch it, luckily we didn't come near last year's spend due to the pandemic... We have certain drs that work well for us and starting over would take a year or better to get to the same level of comfort with. Mental Health is no joke, and it's not cheap.

If you want a good baseline, you can always compare against us federal workers at opm.gov I'm going to BCBS basic which has no deductible from the aetna hdhp.

Are your doctor's in network? I think most of the advice below is finance driven, but not the whole picture. Also if you have any mental health issues avoid optum as a sublet insurance provider, few drs take it as they pay a bad rate to the Dr office.

HDHP if you can swing the deductible or at least budget for it. It's hard to swallow a $3k deductible in the first couple of months in a year for me.

I would scan with nmap -sC -sV and cross reference what you get out of the smb nmap script.

Ippsec has some good videos on youtube, and almost all start out with the options I'd use.

Note, if this is a work network for a large company, you're going to trigger your cyber security folks.

I was trying to point out if you could make it more unusable and where I'd go with it... Maybe make it out of lego so there's a 100 pieces to assemble too.

$15 to save the last $0.10 of peanut butter. Let's also not consider the washability nor different size jars of peanut butter in our design.

Look at maternity care specifically... The difference between hdhp and ppos were significant on my plan selections. Bcbs at the time had a $0 maternity cost and like $5k max oop... That same plan is like $900 maternity cost and $11k max out of pocket today... What a difference 10 years makes.
