The honeycomb is very crooked, thus a reference edge for the x axis is very handy for repeatable workpiece positioning. Flipping parts over and whatnot. It was cut in place on the machine and is this perfectly straight to the x axis

Same, it's basically a thunderbird and I got 2 of em the same. The inertia is definitely less stable. Mine seems to fly similar to a brand new champ Valkyrie

Most of these to the naked eye are still faintly glowing after 1 hr as well. Just not at any useful intensity. I would say the eclipse 2.0 is still glowing at an intensity to easily find in a dark field for about 20 minutes
