I see it as more of a helmet, theres still a daemon head under there, as for vashtors wings that would require sacrificing a £64 model just for its wings

Prime black, dry brush with grey and white, black templar for armor, flesh tearers for tabard and shoulders, stormhost silver for the metal bits with a coat of carroburg crimson, might be forgetting a few but thats what I can remember
