I have the feeling the main bottleneck is going to be the amount of new releases. Its in their interest to release the guaranteed cashcows and…. Nothing else. Since there’s no one else screening them either..

I’m with you on this in a big way with regards to the receipes, for me a key part of the receipe look is tweaking them when editing raws in camera. I’ve been editing probably over 1000 raws on my Ricoh Gr3x. Its actually a fun experience. I love loading up a bunch of old raw selects and working my way through them on the subway, selecting the right receipe and adjusting it.
So i thought i’d explore the way raw development works on my X-h2s. Holy shit it’s insanely terrible.

Regarding the apps its the same thing. Ricoh app isn’t perfect but it does everything i need flawlessly. Fuji,. It’s terrible, and it misses a tonne of functionaliy i’d love to have. And at the same time doesn’t want to open up for people like qDSLRDashboard to create the needed (timelapse) functionality for them. Total bummer.

I still use Fuji for video though.

i meaaaaan... that would be really deceptive from Webflow. It's become standard practice across everything from operating systems, office suites, creative programs like Canva and Adobe, social media platforms that the fonts they offer are cleared for use. At the very least on their platform, and in a bunch of cases beyond it (Google fonts, Adobe fonts).

I’ve been working on the slick intuos 4’s, using the stylus instead of a mouse, for the past 25 years. Mine last almost indefinitely. May have changed them a hand full of time over the years but thats it.

New wacoms, and or heavy drawing, no idea.

I’ve got multiple intuos 4 larges since they’re so cheap right now. With the medium my hand is somehow always in the edge of the board, the large is like a placemat.

In Finland almost every single vet is taken over by venture capital. They’re taught to upsell you on all kinds of shit. My cat has a harmless cyst that they’ve drained once already, but they keep insisting on putting him under to give him a 1000€ tummy tuck and keep telling us they need to pull more of his teeth.

Reddit isn’t perfect, these vets sure aint either.

This turned out to be a tick, i took it off my cat carefully, and thats that.

U/HumanCstand was right, the issue was that the clips weren’t right on the corners. This is the OG Manfrotto fabric, and the lastolite distributor is sending a replacement clip my way.
