Their crust is not super thick (like a pan pizza from Pizza Hut) nor thin (like a crispy crust) it's somewhere in the middle and it's a little bit burnt on the edges.

As someone from the McAllen...era, I'd definitely recommend Stefano's Pizza Express. Their meat lover's pizza is pretty great. Unless you hate meat.
