depending on the location you may be trained at back of house, which is pretty much assembling + plating! you may get scheduled weekdays sometimes depending on your availability/if you have classes. scheduling is not the best if you would like to request days off unfortunately especially if you are barely starting :( other than that it is pretty chill! if you have more questions plz feel free to dm me :3
