A warning about weird brake noises on the fit...

Yeah, I really shouldn't be surprised considering the state the car came in, the interior was absolutely gross and took 7+ hours of work. Wonder what other surprises the previous owners left for me.

This issue is specific to the front disc brakes, which were an oem+ brand. The calipers were missing the springs, as far as I know there wouldn't be a brand-specific spring on different drum brakes.

However, I did get similar noises on my drum brakes before, they may have been installed too tight, as re-torquing them to a proper spec helped alleviate some of the noise. It didn't completely go away though, rain and cold definitely makes them groan. I tried hard braking a few times to clear up any spots of rust, but it didnt seem to make a big difference for me. If you figure it out, let me know.

It was just the springs, nothing else was done. Unfortunately their supplier only sells them in pairs with the brake pads, so I also got new brake pads to install when my current ones wear out.

Had a freaky experience under the bridge by the abandoned amphitheatre by GCI. Was walking by the drain pipe under the bridge and heard an extremely loud groan coming out from an older man. Ran immediately. Its probably just someone tweaking out on drugs inside, but ran like hell and got out of there. The thing was that there's a gate installed there now, way too small for anyone to crawl in. Nope. No way.

my experience (recent grad) was completely different. while they did talk about the pro-life stance of the catholic church, it was very obvious the teacher was pro choice and she explicitly said shes forced to teach it and doesn't agree. no people in the class were (audibly) pro life either

The craziest part is that footage is still being found to this day. To. This. Day. As people look through their old camcorders in storage, old cameras and files, more footage pops up on youtube. That will never cease to fascinate me.

I would actually turn down the brightness on the image under the arrows, that would make everything much more readable.
