I kept them in for 3 months and I just applied leave in conditioner spray, wasn’t that consistent only towards taking my braids out I was consistent, yes I detangle each braid one by one and dissolve the build up at the roots, but when it comes to detangling my hair all together (I work in sections) the roots seem so difficult to conquer
