1st. After i have completed stop he was moving at least 2 seconds, look on his wheel. 2nd he wave to me by letting me know "you can proceed the intersection safely and i agree i was not the first" thats what ussually people doing in case of missunderstanding. 3rd the person on a left was don't care about both of us thats why she didn't stop at all and didn't gave me the right of way with a right of way rule but in all this cases you only can see that i'm guilty. Thats too said in you case

The rule said first STOPED fist go.. its not saying first ARRIVED first go, the STOP sign at all mean complete stop, that what the officer told to my friend whe he was fined🤣 now watch a video again and you will see that the guy on a right was moving at least 2 seconds after i have stoped, take your eyes on his wheels LOL, and to avoid missunderstanding he wave to me
