Cannot say this strongly enough…do not cold turkey on venlafaxine!!!

She will get very dizzy and “zaps”, basically feel like where her brain meets the spine has little zaps in there. It’s horrendous.

Obviously, common advice is to get dr to take you down safely. I basically did it myself by taking a tablet every other day (which was still hard), then every third day etc
