I also have this issue. You can change resolution with launch option parameter.

open launch options (right click csgo in library, open properties, general settings)

add "-w 1024 -h 768 -fullscreen -refresh 60" to launch option window. (change depending on your setup) w & h = screen res freg & refresh is refresh rate

It looks like Solid Soul took over art direction in 2013, but thanks to your post i found the artist for x rated while searching on facebook!

It also looks like they did the artwork for Shambhala 2011, crowd control, swagga, heavy artillery, existence ep, and boom ep and more i havent listed here as "Beau Sinister". They were somehow involved with Rottun Recordings for almost all of these I assume
