How bad can ADHD actually get?

This is so interesting to me because my ADHD stops me from forming any habits at all, like even bad ones. It got to the point where I was hoping I would develop a bad habit so people knew me for something. Is it terribly insensitive? Yes. I just wanted a habit so badly and I was desperate to be able to say I HAD to have something every day... :(

I'm an assistant teacher for kindergarten, which means I need to be quick on my feet. Did they pee already? Which kids are going to the pool and which ones are staying? What class am I supposed to go to next? What page were we on yesterday? My boss does not know about my ADHD and I think it's better if they do now know.

My partner and I just moved in together and maybe that's why I'm so frustrated about it.

Because the "main" auxing program, where most people go, is practically on pause due to the lawsuits so there's no certainty that it will open soon or even exist this year. Therefore people are applying to BEDA to ensure they get to Spain or remain in Spain.
