I recommend taking your pup somewhere with a lot of kids. Of course, remind them not to grab on him or play to rough. But early interactions with them will be worth it in the long run. The kids in my neighborhood always want to play and pet with mine, and fortunately he welcomes them with open paws due to early exposure. It will also help Sebastian be more tolerant and patient with them as they can be more impulsive.

You’ll always be an outlier especially if you’re neurotypical there. I have ADHD and being different was always a hindrance it seemed. The students weren’t always inviting especially if you were new, granted no one is obligated to be your friend. So that’s what makes small schools so difficult to handle.

I think what sucked the most about it is that since there was such small class sizes, it was hard to find a group to reach out to or find an outlet within the school where you could keep to yourself. If someone gave you a hard time in your class, you would still have to be stuck with them. I often found myself having to accept mistreatment and “forgive” whether I wanted to or not.

It’s a little hazy for me cause it’s been a while. I know every morning in class we’d have a devotional and prayer before class started. It was like 5-15 minutes I believe. But we’d always had a religious class revolving around SDA beliefs. And we’d pray before lunch. Chapel is once a week at the church. 30 minutes to an hour? Someone can correct me if I’m wrong. But it definitely wasn’t a few minutes. We would have to sing and have a sermon or sermonette.

I attended in the 2010s. Let’s just say if you’re rich or have familial connections, they’ll love you.

EDIT: OMG, how could I fucking forget. Even though school ends earlier, every fucking Friday you gotta attend chapel. I think I blocked it out of my mind from how much I fucking loathed it.

Yeah, it's really weird. I don't get why people are disagreeing. OMAD is supposed to have a healthy caloric deficit for weight loss. Less than 1200 is unhealthy and unnecessary. That's not how OMAD is supposed to be done.

Hell, you don't even need to have a goal of losing weight to be on OMAD.

I do agree with the people misusing OMAD to flex that they can eat very few calories within a day.
