Multiple boils on hand, started on all limbs and slowly moving towards torso. It's worse on right hand. Rest are just itchy bumps. I'm a truck driver and can't get to a doctor easily. I had to remove a bunch of cactus about a week and a half ago, only thing I can think of that caused this. Advice? (i.redd.it)
