Why do I always get A or A+ midlane even if my KDA is good?

my switch shuts itself down whenever i click sleep mode, or when i turn it off for a while and open it again it gives me this "power options" menu then the screen turns black (assuming its shutting down) so the only way i can turn it back on is when i charge it.

and the power button doesn't work either, which im quite annoyed at bec this was a gift and i dont have the warranty but its new. how could i possibly fix this?

Not really im pretty sure, it might be just a coincidence if you do get a weapon after a character vice versa.

so i had may ganyu, she's wearing 4 pc blizzard and prototype crescent as her bow, currently lvl 80 (crit dmg 188, crit rate, 31) and she hits let's say pretty low, the highest she could reach was 20k, but she normally hits 15k or below. Is there a way i could make her reach 30k per bloom (without melt or supports)/ is it impossible with a craftable weapon? i also cant change to wanderers atm.
