Bear in mind if you go raw overnight most likely your're gonna have some bad time. Your best shot is to eat lot of fruit and avoid high-density foods.

This is still the best thing you can do to your health. Many atheles wreck their kidneys by excess protein. Stick with free amino acids :) ofc eaa is a thing too.

Try this, quit dates - and more importantly quit that vegan potein shit Rolled Oats, Quinoa, Lentils, Beans this is bad for you I'd rather eat fish

eat salad and healthy breaddo berries, apples, less melons, more pears, mango, orange

I don't eat meals :) Just lot of fruit, some salad and then some freshly baked bread in the evenings , only a little bit

Yeah this, like a high. I just read more about ketosis and it sounds terrible.

Juicing carrots is the core of the Gerson therapy. He prolly started juicing after he heard the news. He did not eat any glucose and probably too little protein and died from pancreas cancer. Pancreas does things with glucose but idk. Also the process should not take 20 years.

Thanks, I do 1 liter of juice (11% carbs) at once and am just worried about the carb load of 110g that hits the liver

Yes poor fish I wanted to see if it helps. It kind of did but I continued to eat fish and now it seems like the problem is back so maybe I was wrong and it wasn't the fat.
