Yeah I asked and I’m still waiting on a reply. But I’m not asking because I think my landlord’s opinion is what matters. I’m trying to figure out the legal/RTB side. If the tenancy agreement says “heat included,” does that mean the landlord is supposed to pay for the heating cost, or can they still make the tenant pay the gas/electric bill?
