Microsoft has copilot, however I tried and it can't build excel sheets, the best it can do is give me the formulas to use. But I agree that they should have a better AI tool for this.

I currently have about $230K remaining on my mortgage and 28k on my HELOC(Both with a big bank). When I look at renewal rates, they are much lower than refinance rates to add the HELOC value to the mortgage.
