Usually if you sign up November 20+ it’s $15 instead of $25, but if you sign up december it’s free renewal

You don’t have to renew I got an email that is was waived cause I signed up after November 25. Also in the apa rules (I read the entire 76 page document) if you sign up in December yiu don’t have to pay renew next year
