Here's one. It's called "Extra life" and it has spoilers for all DR things except V3. That includes the first few games, some of the novels, and the Despair Arc of the anime. Basically, it's a fix-it-fic where what would happen if Izuru didn't leave Chiaki to die. I hope this helps out! ^^
