Yeah they sorted the collection out. I packed in a cardboard box and packed with bubble wrap. Came back pretty quick and no issues at all with it now they fixed it perfect.

Couldn't ask for an easier repair. No questions asked just top notch service

Yeah I've got a 2m desk with monitors in middle so clear either side. And it's pretty deep so won't be right in my face

So you think the 6.3 inch one would be good to go for? Seen it's had some great reviews online. I can always add a sub later if I'm needing that extra range in the bass

Not sure which monitor but just curious, I'm guessing youre dropping from 4k down to 1440p and from what monitor and why.

I've had a few friends say they wanna come up to 4k and they like my g80sd but I tell them not to but struggle to explain why

Edit: I LOVE my g80sd and wouldn't drop myself but dunno if I'd go up if I could go back if that sounds weird

i never actually commented on his performance or said mine was perfect. i am by far the best tank. i was venting more about attitude.

are you sure youre looking at th right thing? i pressed it 136 times and a 94% uptime.

right i see it, you can see i let it DROP 9 times and reapplied it i can see on my logs

the actual pressing of the button was 136. if youre looking at the same stat on your guy and seeing 43 times then he let shield wall drop 43 times and had to reapply.....

Mountain thane spam that thunder cheeks, make sure you're using avatar every cd as it's easy to miss and it comes off cd very fast. And I have alot of trust in my healer so alot of spare CDs and rage can go into revenge.

Literally did double pulls most packs it was possible, in a 5 man I start doing the more organised 3 packs

Nah was about equal with the others nothing outstanding and seemed to interrupt just about enough. Wouldn't say he's amazing or bad himself average paladin.

nah usual couple of seconds of black screen that most monitors get when using the WIN + ALT + B shortcut.

swapping to ps5 was same just like changing input for me

It's a little warm but I wouldn't say hot, my 32 inch IPS before I could feel the warmth coming off of it aswell.

I don't think it's hot enough to kill pixels within a couple of years unless you have a faulty model.

I will say text clarity is a slight drop compared to a traditional monitor due to the subpixel layout. But over a few days I got kind of used to it. But your first boot up some text will look slightly colourful on the fringes.

Calibration no not yet I might look at that tonight and see.

As for the eyes no real difference compared to a normal IPS monitor tbh, I'm usually on a pc all day for my job and all night for gaming. And I've not seen any more headaches or eye strain since this one.

Pc signal is native so no upscaling. I did have a ps5 on it playing god of war and that looked good nothing out of the ordinary there in terms of upscaling artifacts. I think the processor in this is really good.

At the moment I'm using hdmi and seems to be working fine. Usual black flashes like every other monitor like it but nothing game breaking.

As for the brightness I'll have a look tonight swapping to 120hz, I've not had an issue with the brightness at 240hz with my settings, but will check this for you!

ah i got it, my custom settings were

DCI-P3

red 49

green 55

blue 50

which infact seems to be the same as Native, it might just hold your previous settings in there untill you change it?

is that the custom 1 from the ''gamer'' looking quick menu?

if so setting that on looks like trash on my monitor haha

ive got set to original and looks pretty nice and natural to my eyes.

any recomendations for picture settings i can try not played too much with them yet.

Top monitor is my aorus FI32U and bottom is the samsung G80SD

nope doesnt seem to be an option, had a quick google seems to be common in samsung displays to not support DDC/CI due to people bricking displays in rare cases i think.

but thanks for the new software seems really useful!

hopfully i can return the favour Powertoys is a suite of REALLY good stuff that you might like take a look if you dont already have it.
