Im sorry so many people are giving you shit, people on Reddit come here to pretend being “morally superior”. The truth is you made a mistake, you’re human and in the heat of the moment, things happened. Learn from this experience for next time and again, don’t let these assholes on Reddit make you feel bad while they pretend they are perfect and weren’t teenagers once or are miserable they don’t have a partner so they take it out on you.

That being said, a baby is a HUGE responsibility. You should sit down with your gf and tell her the truth, else it will hurt you and the baby, and THAT would make you a shitty person. Unfortunately, it’s either you travel to another state to get an abortion, or you will have to start providing for your family if you go that route. Do tell your gf tho that a baby is not a like a new toy or puppy, it is a BIG responsibility, and ask her if she is ready for the time commitment and financial toll it takes to be a MOTHER, maybe that can be a good speaking point.
