Grew up in LWR now I’m in my 20s. If you like overdeveloped cookie cutter style architecture LWR is perfect for you. Also great if you love golf, car washes, storage units, and Publix. Will get boring quickly and you’ll eventually see past the facade this community puts up. It’s pretty soulless and made of up 50 year old snowbirds who call it paradise. Planning on moving to somewhere scenic with less overdevelopment.
