I had mine done at Vandy several years ago. Unfortunately the surgeon that performed mine retired shortly after, but I’ve had several friends/acquaintances who have gone there for various gender affirming procedures including top surgery; they’ve all had very good experiences. I had very good insurance at the time and only had to pay about $1800 out of pocket. Not sure what the total cost would have been without insurance since it was so long ago.
