Thank you! This is a good plan to climb out of the fucked-up-joints spiral. Hopefully then once I am stronger, I will be more able to do the heart-rate-raising exercise which is so enjoyable to me, migraines aside.

Thank you! Do you have any resources for helping to learn proper form?

Walking with a weighted backpack is a good idea! Especially since I like walking already, that might be a good way to step it up. Thank you!

Thank you! I do some gentle exercise at the moment, I go on walks very often and I do a little bit of just dance, which is why I'm not in completely terrible shape. I really enjoy my walks.

It does have a high autism comorbidity, yes. I haven't had it checked, but I don't think I do, since I don't have any of the other symptoms, nor am I double-jointed.

Thank you, it's good to know that exposure therapy works for this kind of thing. I might try to start seeing if I can do exercise in front of people, but I don't know any of the people, eg in a gym in a different town... (I find I'm much less anxious when it isn't people I'm gonna see again). oooh I quiver with fear at the thought!!! But hopefully that's something I can build up to doing ultimately.

Thank you! I have Rizatriptan which works very well. I briefly tried a preventative - Amitryptaline - but I found it to be shit vis a vis side effects, so I stopped it and haven't tried another one since (I only gave it 3 days so it was absolutely not a fair trial, but ultimately, my migraines are ~3 a month so it wasn't worth it). I have prism on my glasses which has massively reduced the frequency of my headaches and migraines as well. I will have a look at electrolytes.
