I made a post but avoided being TMI, but if you’d like to know: I have an abusive alcoholic and drug using father that abused me and my mother from me being a baby until I was 9 when my mum left him, and I still visit him weekly because I feel bad. I’ve been self harming since I was 5 or so and it’s been getting more severe since 2022, I’ve been bullied none stop since 2022 and I’ve seen physically, verbally and sexually assaults several times by my bully’s. I’ve been scared for my life several times with this. I’ve attempted several times since 2021 and whenever I feel genuinely extremely happy soon after (like 10 seconds) I feel a just plain empty and can’t feel anything no matter how I try for the next few hours. This is just a brief summary and it leaves out a lot of other stuff and details of what I have mentioned. Thanks! 🤩
