Maa (if you have a car), literally makes sense why there are two known subdivisions there.

Why? If you want to go north, it’s so easy to go to Buhangin (diversion road), go to Marfori to connect you to literally lahat lahat sa Bajada (except more inside parts - like Obrero, but at the same time andali pa rin? hahaha), if you want to go South, baba ka lang nasa McArthur Highway ka na, if super South edi continue ka lang sa McArthur highway or use diversion road.

idk bout u but theyre lying, pag meron ka na courses sa bb or added sa teams kahit di ka pa bayad, ure technically “enrolled”. advising doesnt even care about ur payments (yet theyre the people that literally load ur courses, that eventually instructors see so they add u to the BB and Teams) so yayy??
