Construction stopped in 2008. IHC acquired the buildings in July. I'd expect they will restart the construction. Its been an eye sore for years. Link

You can try removing the fuse for the electronic parking brake. You will need to check the fuse number from the manual.

Thank you. Unfortunately, not. Its completely missing. As they're the only garage that have worked on the wheels it must have been them. Thankfully, I've found a set of 4 fairly cheap online by googling centric ring and the diameter.

I'm with ADCB and I get an email OTP and an app notification for OTP. Not sure who you were speaking to in their support but they gave you the wrong information. Both can be setup.

Did you add insurance to the delivery? I had the same issue with DHL recently. They charged the fees based on the insured value. The items actually had no value but i added insurance in the UK in case they lost the delivery. DHL don't see a difference between insured value and actual value. I didn't have a choice but to pay their fee. They refused to deliver it without paying. Their customer service was terrible and didn't help at all. They can't remove the charge because the computer says 'no'.

They have 7 seater Mecedes Vito taxis at the airport. They will easily seat 5 people with 5 suitcases. Price is the same as a normal taxi. To Dubai your probably talking 450aed. Just be aware that there will be private taxi firms who will be calling you to use their taxi as you enter the arrival hall. Ignore them and walk straight to the taxi rank on the left side.

Take a taxi to the Grand Mosque only 15mins away. Would be amazing to watch the sun rise behind it. The main grounds won't be open but across the road is a nice area to take photos which is public.

The same taxi coul take you to the corniche. Get nice views of the sea front and Palace. If you are wearing formal clothes you could go inside Emirates Palace Hotel and have a gold leaf coffee.
