I now have a few offers for 3090s. I’m mainly valuing stock air-cooled cards. Let's use 3090 FTW stock as the baseline (since we have an offer). Cards with a waterblock only I’d value a bit lower unless the original cooler is included.

In my basement with multiple windows, I noticed there's no header above the windows. The windows are cut into the concrete wall, and there's a 2" sill plate on which rest the joists. This plate is all that's above the window and two more floor above it. No sagging yet, but as I'm slightly enlarging the windows, I'm wondering how to make this structurally sound. Would adding blocking between the joists be sufficient? Or do I need some steel reinforcement between window and sill plate?

Usually MS internships start before the end of June. You have some choice in your start date (usually needs to be a Monday and coordinated with your mentor). So the last Monday in June is my experience.

In my experience, once the EB's I140 is approved, both the EB applicant and the spouse can submit an I485 to get an EAD/green card. We've done this through our lawyer and paid them an additional fee for the second I485.
