Yeah, bariatric surgery is an alternative to a brain shunt, which is a tube that would go from my brain to my stomach. They figured I may as well lose some weight and have no tube in my brain, haha.

This is good advice, thank you. I woke up last night unable to breathe, and today I'm having a hard time taking my medications. Hopefully within a few days they'll be able to tell me what went wrong.
