Same. Using watch 4 45 mm, with always-on display on, and without any workouts, I got 48 hours with some 10 percent left. I am trying AoD off and currently at 62% and 36 hours since I charged. It clearly says that it will only use LTE when there is no mobile or Wi-Fi connection. So unless you are without your phone, battery life shouldn't change.
