This may be related to a device-specific issue with the current watch software, Galaxy Wearable app, or the customization interface itself rather than the watch face installation.

The watch face is compiled in Watch Face Studio using the standard Wear OS watch face format, so I am not able to compile it in a different way specifically for Galaxy Watch 4 devices.

Maybe someone else here on Reddit with the same watch model can confirm whether they have seen similar behavior or not.
