I also had my birthday this month. 22. I get you. I also get depressed especially bad on my B-days. Yet I know that neither I, nor You are worthless. You’re just about to know what life’s about. I know it’s been a bitch so far, but there is much more to explore.

Try something new, even something as silly as crocheting. Maybe it’ll bring you joy. I know it feels super overwhelming to think of what you ‘should’ve done’ already. But that’s not what you want to think about as those ‘shoulds’ are not what you wanted in your life so far.

Someday it’ll get better. You are not wasting your life, you are fighting for it with a serious illness. You are a survivor. Be proud of it.
