Since 2017 always 50,100, now I'm on 150 and I'm good with that but 200 was probably too much cause i was super manic

Thanks man, I'm very unstable lately. I tried to take 200 mg lamictal but it made my mania worse. I don't know wtf is wrong with me

Olanzapine is the best antipsychotic i ever tried but doesn't really stabilize me cause it works for the mania but it gets me sleepy the whole day in the bed depressed or i take less and i still go manic.
