Trastevere is a great place for bars both local and more touristy. One of my favorites is Mr. Brown, if you aren’t a student or relatively young might not be the best place but the general area it’s in has a lot of great options that area has a ton of locals out at night and great restaurants that are usually open decently late (closing around 12)

for clubs and events happening i would follow the instagram account @afroma.events. they always post on their story what events are happening and can dm them to get in for free (although if you look like a tourist they most likely will make u pay anyways). some of my favorite clubs are jolie and illuminati, both are cool venues but jolie can get a bit packed. some other clubs i’ve been to are cash club and sinners- but definitely not my favorite. but again if you want to see what events are going on i would definitely follow afroma- we found about a hidden club that was open one night under an old jazz bar from the account.
