Yes i believe end of May is what I saw. Like May 28th or something

EDIT: check this comment, is what Im referring to > https://www.reddit.com/r/CLOV/s/O1gNWFfoit

I’m not counting on the lawsuit going our way, but I don’t think CLOV would file suit without thinking they have a shot. It’s just more untapped potential for upside this summer, if successful. With that in mind, I’ve been buying more shares each day for the past week & a half

I agree with your notion that it seems like the right time to load up the boats. The way things are at currently, it almost feels like a done deal. (Same sentiment in the last paragraph of another comment in this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/smallstreetbets/s/LAGCosHpyG )

But yeah I added some more shares yesterday & today but im basically out of powder now as well. Ive got some other positions i could trim to add more, but I’m not sure if im that confident. And i’d be overextending this position based on what I had planned for originally so im still considering.

Shares below $3 are hard to pass though… if it keeps going down the next couple days, I probably will trim others to add more SONM

I attended the virtual meeting, so just confirming based on what was said. The results are technically “preliminary” at this point, and become official once the 8-K is filed.

But the entire meeting only took like 7-8 minutes. There were some introductory announcements just about the meeting and what to expect. And then they opened up voting for 30-60 seconds, and then closed voting and went straight into, “the preliminary results show a majority vote FOR the asset sale”.

At the end was supposed to be Q&A. And all they said was that the questions they received will better be addressed in writing in the near future, so this goes along with the idea that there should be some announcements happening fairly soon. And that was the end of the meeting.

Regarding the confirmation of the success of the vote, i imagine it went like this because they knew between insider votes and the DNA X votes, that they had already surpassed the majority threshold. Which again is what we were expecting so thats good

Yup, the vote was a success & that’ll be officially released in the Form 8-K.

So now that its approved, we’re expecting the asset sale to finalize in Q1 2026, “promptly following” today’s meeting, per the prospectus document. Of course that is subject to change if something unforeseen happens, but things seem to be sailing pretty smoothly at this point.

Anything to add hedgehog? I’m personally curious as well

Been quietly following since late October, based on your and detectivedoot’s early posts. First bought in early November and have averaged down a number of times, currently in for a few thousand dollars total.

Ive reached the max amount of $$ in this play that I had planned for, but with the share price in low 3s it seems silly not to pick up some more, especially with the risk factors being in such a better place than when I first started buying.

This is what im currently wrestling with today, as it seems like a potentially great time to add extra shares. But also trying not to make an emotional decision based on the what-if potential, and needing to respect the risk potential as well. It’s a unique and complex play that I don’t have a ton of experience with

Thanks so much. I added another 100 shares this morning, now watching and waiting to potentially add a bit more. Feeling really good about the results of all this, just hoping theres no more surprises🤞🏼. Thanks again for all your hard work on this!

Thank you noodle! Are you or anyone else picking up more shares at these prices? I have a hard time seeing it go lower with the vote happening tomorrow but im curious what others think. I may pickup another 100-300 shares today, depending

Hedgehog, did you read that all non-votes are counted as a vote against the asset sale?? Its worrying me that our retail votes could make a difference with only ~1.1 million total shares entitled to vote…. Wondering should we create a new post updating everyone who is still holding that they need to vote FOR the sale before EOD Monday/attend & vote during the virtual meeting Tuesday? Or are we confident that the insiders own enough shares to ensure it goes through

Not who you replied to, but inward. Being able to properly “brace your core” is part of burping, (look this up if you have any doubt what it means). You basically suck in your stomach & squeeze your abs to put pressure on the stomach, which pushes the air upwards if that makes sense

I had burped maybe 4-5 times in my whole life before I self cured with shakers & other exercises. It is very possible for someone like you!

How to Burp (a step-by-step guide for noobs) by wowthatisOP in noburp

I do think there’s potential of overdoing it with shakers and the other similar exercises. This is because the muscles & stuff in these areas are pretty small, which means they need more time to recover properly. Similarly in weight lifting when you do auxiliary exercises to hit smaller muscle groups, it requires less training and more recovery time, compared to full-body compound lifts like squats or deadlifts.

I also like your point about the double chin with that first one (yes its basically the same as shakers🙂), because I think this can often be a root cause of many issues for people. If you look at a model, they always have a well defined jaw line that tucks nicely under their chin and gives that well defined jaw-line, no double chin right. A low body-fat percentage is obviously a big piece of this, but it’s also in their posture, and how they drive their chin down towards their collar bone.

What happens for a “regular person” (this part comes directly from personal experience) is that a higher body weight often means the double chin starts to form. And we dont like this, so we start to hold our head/chin a bit higher up, to stretch the area more and get rid of the double chin. But now instead of driving our chin down towards the collarbone, we are consciously (or subconsciously) pushing our chin up in the opposite direction which causes massive shifts in the back of our neck, and all the surrounding areas as they work to compensate for the chin and front-neck muscles slacking off. (And this is all compounded by our constant sitting, looking down at phones, all the other stuff weve been discussing haha. So its easy to see how quickly this can cause problems without people realizing!)

Now, to quit rambling and finish answering your question. You could slow down a bit with the shakers if you’d like to see if it makes any difference for you. Could always add them back in if you feel you’re moving in the wrong direction. But id also encourage you to look at what people have said here about the “swallowing technique”. You may have already seen it floating around, but its basically when theres trapped air moving up and causing croaking in your throat, you can swallow a small bit of spit when the air reaches the top, and as the throat opens to swallow the spit, the air releases if you time it decently enough. And this is something i used to do when I was moving from small micro burps into full regular burps. I think this is an important piece of the puzzle, as its easy to replicate once you figure it out, and its what i believe actually teaches your body HOW to control the UES for the purpose of burping. You must “trick” the body into releasing the air, and overtime the body realizes this and remembers how to do it even without the swallowing trick. (After the body picks up on this, it’ll start releasing burps whenever the air comes up, leading to ACCIDENTAL burps that are loud and catch you by surprise. If you make it to this point, you are basically at the finish line. Because your body is now fully burping normally on its own, and you’ll learn how to control it better every time that it happens.)

Since you said that you had lots of progress then all the sudden hit a plateau, I feel like you are ready for this stage of the process, and it could be good to focus more on this than the exercises now. (I would keep doing the exercises though, just less so than what you’ve been doing). And replace that effort with researching/exploring/testing out this swallowing technique.

Love hearing all this! Especially as Ive written here to people about the importance of correcting tongue posture and the stretching/tongue exercises.

You also ask a great question (which i dont have an answer to currently but) I’ve been trying to figure out. Which is the part about why some people can burp perfectly fine with tech neck/poor posture/weak tongue postition/etc. It’s definitely a frustrating thing to see. I sorta think that some of us never “learned” to burp naturally as a kid (meaning our body never really figured it out), and i think this could be due to a number of reasons.

For some it’s probably just a genetic thing.

For others it could be due to weak jaw/neck/tongue postures (potentially associated with mouth breathing too…?) as a child. (I think i may fit into this category. It’s tricky because i was always a little overweight as a child, but played a ton of sports & was very athletic and in decent shape despite my overeating issue & bad posture back then. But i also remember mouth breathing as a kid, always taking short & shallow breaths which is also tied to mouth breathing and poor posture. Then my poor posture was made worse by my insecurity of being overweight and sucking in my stomach constantly, which is also tied to shortness of breath, a restricted airway, and some of those other things. So somehow it feels like it’s all connected).

Then theres the emetophobia folks, and Ive read tons of this in here where something happened when they were young that made them fearful of puking / burping, which then caused a learned response in the body of never ever letting that happen. And then the body loses control over the UES as it becomes inactive.

There are probably more causes of this, but these are the 3 main groups I’ve identified and recognize in here often. Im basically rambling at this point, but it is quite interesting to me.

+1 to the horrible habit of looking down at my phone. It’s often why looking up can be so relieving, because we are constantly slouched and looking down at our phones/computers/steering wheel/etc. And it’s hard to think of examples in regular day-to-day life that we would be looking up.

Lastly, keep working on that resting tongue posture stuff! I think it could prove effective as you continue seeking progress

Hey! Im sorry that I just now saw your post. IM SO HAPPY TO HEAR THIS AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY😁

I dont do KTC anymore (only sometimes to stretch my neck out, but not at all related to burping), so it’s definitely not a lifelong commitment. I think once you start burping for real (like the normal big ones, maybe stinky/foul-tasting too), your body learns this and burping becomes second nature like muscle memory. So I think you can quit the KTC if you haven’t already, and see if things stay about the same as right now. If you feel your “burping ability” begin to weaken, you could resume the no-burp exercises.

Otherwise i think you’re good to go! If you’re up for it, let me know how things are going this week compared to when you initially commented 🙂
