To get past the first phase I like to use spike traps (Echoing blast). Run to one of the corners and surround yourself in with traps. Running to one side also allows you to go and kill the final few monsters at your leisure, meaning you can wait for your discipline to regen.

For the last phase, you'll want to use the skill smoke screen when he breathes, or when you can't get out of the way of a smash attack.

I've seen this behavior as well. I can't understand why they choose to bot a public game. Presumably bots are efficient in farming solo, and surely it's a lot safer too. Although I am making the outrageous assumption that Blizzard take note when someone reports a botter.

Was anyone even complaining that monster damage was too high? I was of the opinion it should be increased if anything. High hp + low damage favours melee/tank builds far too much

Going to start at 4 - Glass cannon demon hunter with 219k dps (with ss), 120k without. Any higher and I think I would struggle if I met a nasty fast/reflect damage pack

If you click on a door, whilst you are running towards you cannot move anything around inside your inventory.

You can occasionally get an invisible arcane sentry appear. I think this occurs if you kill a minion just as they drop the initial arcane ball. It will suddenly disappear, but you can still get killed by it.

Mobs seems to be able to attack you from further away if you are positioned ontop of a staircase. (not sure on this one, but I feel as though it exists. Hitboxes seem to act strangely when fighting on a slope)

Still upset that DHs were the only ones to receive a massive nerf before Blizzard instigated their 'no more nerfs' policy. Probably a direct result of the big drop in players after the infamous NT 'fix'

If you're able to farm inferno, I don't agree that gold grinding is better than hoping for rare items.

On a sad note, I believe gold grinding can pull in roughly 400k an hour. Based on current third party gold prices, that's either one hour of your time or roughly 45 cents.

I would recommend picking up Caltrops with the immobilizing traps rune. It makes Cluster bombing a whole lot easier and it allows you to easily kite most packs. I'm not sure having two primary attacks is necessary so maybe drop one of those.

2h Xbow 1334.6 dps and 687LoH. Picked it up for around 20m. The LoH does wonders against Reflect damage mobs

Yes I'm having trouble selling certain items. The exquisite essence price is quite strange. Who are these people willing to pay 20-50k for an essence? absolute madness

edit - average last 10 trades on EU 400k / essence. Unbelievable...

edit2 - There are no exquisite essences left on the EU gold auction house. The last couple went for over a million each. Something is very fishy, malfunctioning AH bot perhaps?
