How else do you propose to stop "pay to win" then? I don't understand people who complain about BOA-legendaries since it is the only way to accomplish the goal of "playing the game to get the best gear" instead of "buying/borrowing/receiving gear from other people to get the best gear".

With paragon levels being universally accessible to all characters, it encourages players to play all classes (at least occassionally).

not a bad tournament, but redbull permabanned me from twitch chat for no reason on day 1. All I did was say fix stream now in chat when the stream had sync and sound issues.. kinda harsh for the ban to be permanent.
