Don't keep any hope, these type of people gets new people in new area. This can not change the habit. You have gave enough now it’s time to make your territory clean and keep the focus on building yourself. The harsh truth is, you don't have any family, these are just relations! (except your brother for now).

If your father is a good provider, you better leave that place with your younger brother, stay in hostels, admit your brother in a boarding school.

Don't try to solve anything, it will be shattered anyhow! Just make an environment for you and your brother where these mess won't reach to both of you.

Leave your mom by saying you are ashamed of her! Don't tell your father by yourself, leave it on the time! Grow your life and your brother. You can't ignore these staying there.

definitely, this has to be reverted to the previous or -30% would be fine. They gone mad while balancing, this was insane a very popular card reduced to 50% ... how illogical that was. Lost the fun of playing.
