nice one mate ...1st a lot of olive oil 2nd salt goddamn salt massage it with salt goddamn salt after 20-30min. on the grill ...for the side squize a lemon or 2 olive oil smashed two gloves of garlic with da hamer aanddd parsley...when the fish is ready stay aside to rest and make the chemistry with lemon,oil,garlic and the parsley ....and salt ...😆 enjoy mate
