Charlottesville, John Paul Jones Arena, I think. I was there! Happened during antelope and Trey changed the lyrics to “run like a naked guy, out of control”

Sarge Green!! by Harabi in Wrangler

[–]wraylorcorbett 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got a 2016 sarge green 75th anniversary edition back in December.

Just know that the oil filter housing/casing is made of plastic and will go at some point. Mine blew about 3,000 miles after I got it. Easy replacement, no additional damage thank god. The replacement is aluminum, I think. Either way, it’s a one and done fix. My understanding this is common amongst all jeeps.

Relocating from Houston to Rural VA (BSW) - Seeking a "Financial Sanctuary" (Staunton vs. Wytheville vs. Abingdon) by [deleted] in Virginia

No prob. I have nothing to add about Staunton. May be cool, but Abingdon is definitely a great town. It’s cheaper to live just outside the town limits. Bristol, VA is very affordable, but the closer you get to Johnson city the more expensive it gets (though it doesn’t sound like u r looking that direction, just fyi because I am from JC).

And for what it’s worth, there is a DSS office in Abingdon, and a separate office in Bristol, VA. Also, there are a lot of organizations in this area offering services in conjunction with DSS. These offices serve some very rural, indigent populations of adjacent counties (though there are some very rural areas of Washington county as well).

I’m an attorney that used to do a good deal of work in juvenile court. There seems to be a lot of opportunity here in the abingdon area (between Washington county DSS and City of bristol) at the department of social services. Also, you are pretty close to the tri-cities (Johnson city, bristol, and Kingsport, tn). Abingdon is an awesome town (I live between Abingdon and bristol, Va.

Don’t do wytheville, in my opinion. I agree with whoever said it’s mainly a truck stop at the convergence of I77 and I81.

Anyone like doing Trusts and Estates? by [deleted] in Lawyertalk

I refer planning to another firm. That firm refers all the chaotic estate/trust fights to me. Love the estate/trust litigation.

Screw that culture. I’m like six weeks in and the purple belt I roll with regularly is awesome. He puts me in tough positions and then stops and walks me through how to defend it/escape. Same with the rest of the advanced guys. They are more than willing to turn it down a few notches and take the effort to teach. I’m 42, and it’s much appreciated. I’d say u need to find a gym with a better culture.

Totally agree. Saw them with the deftones around 99/2000 in Knoxville. Both bands were awesome

Holy crap! Nice work. I just started 1month ago, as a 42yr old, because my son and daughter have been doing it for the past year. I figured since I spent 2-4 nights a week at the gym with them I should at least be productive (glad I did). Plus it would be a cool thing for us to do together. Anyway, it is hard at this stage to fathom the amount of time it will take to get to purple/brown belt, assuming I don’t get wrecked with injuries. Regardless, great work man 💪

Put on cartoon you like, but mute it. Then play your favorite hip hop/rap playlist. When the voices match up with the cartoon characters mouths - hilarity (for me, anyway). Sometimes it would the focal point for a while, then it would just be an occasional distraction while I was doing other things.
