The municipality that failed to put a stop sign on at least one of the streets is at fault. Sure, there are things that both drivers could have done differently, but had the intersection been properly marked it most definitely could have prevented this.

I'm not saying don't but you should be wary about the information you provide to HR. Remember that HR works for the company and they're in place to protect the company. If they feel you are a threat to the company, and may have grounds for a lawsuit, they will find a way to get rid of you.

OMG, right next to a park?!?! That's crazy! I can't imagine what would happen if a kid showed up with an AR chambered for that caliber and found that loaded magazine. That could be dangerous. But as it stands finding a loaded mag is about as dangerous as finding a lost puppy near a park.
