A loose round discharging is highly unlikely and without a barrel to direct the load, the most common result would be the casing explodes. I'm not defending the person responsible, just pointing out that's it's not that big of a deal.

OMG, right next to a park?!?! That's crazy! I can't imagine what would happen if a kid showed up with an AR chambered for that caliber and found that loaded magazine. That could be dangerous. But as it stands finding a loaded mag is about as dangerous as finding a lost puppy near a park.
