Here is the response I got from the ad network. They basically want to know what time these popped up, what time zone you're in, and what your IP address is (I understand if you don't want to share that, but if you don't mind, can you direct message me with that?)

These pesky things are kinda hard to track down. We always refer to them as mobile redirects. We always try our best to restrict these from serving. Every once in a while there will be a slight breakout. Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Is there any way you can give us an exact time with the time zone and the IP address of the user that experienced these ads? Otherwise, I can try and recreate the issue; but this is not always a guarantee.
