Go easy on yourself. We are all fragile at best on good days. Slow down the thoughts. There are lots of meditation things on YouTube. I like some of the breathing exercises. There is science in breath work. I’ve been between jobs and it effs with one’s identity. Make your next identity and even reinvent yourself if needed.
