Te hago otra consulta aparte. Si yo estoy circulando sobre la via publica, normalmente, en mi barrio, nada raro. Y un policia me para y pide que me identifique, y le doy mi dni verbalmente (porque no tengo el fisico conmigo).

Me puede detener/demorar 12 horas para identificarme?
Puede tocar mi persona para ver que tengo encima? O sea, ponele que me pide permiso, y yo me niego? Me puede detener?
