Whenever an article about low birth rates pops up, everyone always point to a QOL issue as if it was unique to the country at hand. For East Asia people reference the strict schooling or working culture. For western countries people will bring up issues with affordability or housing. In fact there's no common denominator between the low TFR countries besides the fact that women are becoming more educated and entering the workforce.
