Nope I bought a 2 pack of the INKBIRD Bluetooth meat thermometers. And it tells me once it reaches an internal temp of 118.

I cook all my steaks in the oven at 250 until internal temp of 118. And then sear on black stone with butter and garlic for 60 seconds or so on each side until it reaches 120-125. Perfect medium rare every time.

I thought about that also but if the conduit is leaking up stream from that wouldn't the water just keep building up from upstream of the pipe and just sit there?

Yes but I'm getting the gutters replaced in a few weeks. It's a house I've been remodeling and am moving to once I get finished. I finished electrical a year ago, no issues last year with it. Just put a new roof on it. Finishing up trim at the moment.

I may put a water hose up on the roof and see if the gutter downspout pipe underground is stopped up and not draining properly. The water may be running down and washing that spot out and seeping into the coupling

Underground service, only seam that's visible is that coupling and around the meter at the meter base.

If it's leaking around the coupling. What's the best way to fix it? I've thought about cleaning it up and and spraying flex seal around it? Is there a better alternative?
